But now Roz Warren has challenged me to try to write a story for Chicken Soup, so I may have to put my money where my mouth is. Her thought on it (as a ten-time Chicken Soup writer) is that the writing there is such a mixed bag, it’s up to us to raise the bar and give the CS people more high-quality writing to choose from. I’m seriously considering whether I can do something I’m satisfied with for submission. She says they love humor, and she even provided a link for submissions to the type of stories they’re currently looking for. What do you think?
