Not sure if you've ever watched Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, but Jerry Seinfeld had Margaret Cho on the show, and she did a "makeup" show because of the poor response she'd gotten from jokes about her own sexual abuse during her show in early 2016. She was so humble and wonderful about it.

I hate that we're trained as women to keep smiling and not stand up for ourselves because of people exactly like the comedian who heckled you. And other people can talk until they're blue about what they would have done, but we all know they would not have done any of those things. I'm sorry you had to go through that.
