This rings true for me as one of the worship/music leaders in our church. Everyone has an opinion, and those opinions rarely have basis in what's biblical, but rather a personal preference. Trying to have an actual discussion with those who complain is impossible because they only want to vent and bully, but not actually talk rationally—perhaps because their actions (and lack of logic or real information in many cases) would be gently called out, holding them accountable for their words.

So many want to treat the church as a user experience, expecting their demands to be met for every comfort. How have we come so far from what Jesus actually taught us?
